Whew
I'm all registered for college and my transfer credits have posted! There aren't many of them, but I'll take what I can get. I'm trying to decide which classes to start with. It would help if I could just get a darn job already so I know what time I can be in class. I'd prefer to be there full time, but just don't think we can afford for me not to work for 2 years. I just hope they don't call me Granny on the first day since I'll be twice as old as anyone in the class, I'm sure.

YAY for YOU!! That's MOST excellent!

I'm kicking around the idea of taking a history course in January. I've got to wait to see what my work schedule will be like first, though.

And NO ONE is going to call you "Granny." You may BE twice their age, but you don't LOOK twice their age. Besides, being older (re: more responsible, more experienced and, well, more AWARE) means you're going to totally blow their curve.
